Inntel Hotel Booking Agents are a UK based accommodation and conference booking agency. Normalised work with Inntel to maintain and improve their SQL Server database. The Inntel eBook system allows companies to book accommodation on line in real time. Normalised’s consultancy and project management skills help Inntel keep their systems running smoothly, while training staff on the day to day management of IT keep Inntel's costs down. See more.

The Gratech Trade Counter and Retail Parts Management Application. This client server package allows small to medium stock based sales companies to manage their invoicing, customers and suppliers with ease. Integratable with eCommerce to enable sales via your web site and linkable to popular accounts packages for later sales analysis.

Call Centre Support Application. This MS SQL database application tracks support calls and enquiries for an international Internet Service Provider. Manages escalations to different skill levels and has built in reporting. Can be linked to legacy customer databases such as Oracle or Lotus.
